Real-Time. Simple.
We bridge the gap between clinics and patients. Clinics update status instantly. Patients save time by checking before they leave home.
For Patients
No account required. Just search and visit.
Pro Tip: Check the "Last Updated"
If you see "Auto Schedule", the system is predicting based on the weekly roster. In an emergency, look for "Updated just now" or call ahead to confirm.
1. Search
Find a clinic or doctor by name using the global search.
2. Check Status
View real-time indicators: 'Available Now', 'Unavailable', or 'On-Break'. We show you exactly when the shift ends.
3. Visit
Navigate to the clinic knowing the doctor is actually available to see you.
For Clinics
You are the anchor. Manage your doctors' presence digitally.
1. Create Your Clinic
Sign up and register your clinic. Add your address, phone number, location, and operating hours so patients can find you.
2. Add Doctors
Add each doctor to your roster with their name, specialization, schedule, and a preset avatar. They will appear on your public clinic page.
3. Get Verified & Go Public
Submit your clinic for review. Once verified by our team, toggle your clinic to Public so patients can see live availability.
4. Add Managers / Receptionists
Invite your front desk staff as managers. They can update doctor statuses on your behalf — so availability is always accurate, even when you're busy.

How Automation Works
Understanding our status indicators, schedule automation, and what "Auto Schedule" really means.
"Auto Schedule" means the clinic is running in automatic mode based on the pre-set weekly roster. It means the clinic is operating on its usual timing.
The system assumes everything is normal.
Tip for Patients: In an emergency, if you only see "Auto Schedule", please double-check by calling.
Clinic staff has manually triggered this status recently.
Highest Trust Level. You can rely on this 100%.
Note to Clinic Staff: This platform is fully automatic. However, you must manually update the status during emergencies, sudden leaves, or unexpected closures to maintain patient trust.
Expected
The doctor is scheduled to arrive at a specific time. They are not here yet, but the schedule says they will be.
Arriving Soon
Manual Update: Clinic staff has confirmed the doctor is on the way and will be here momentarily.
On Break
The doctor is currently taking a short break but is still in the clinic. Operations will resume shortly.
Unavailable
Clinic marked doctor as temporarily unavailable (busy/away). They might come, but it is not guaranteed.
Shift Ended
The doctor's scheduled time for this specific shift is over. They have likely left.
Not Arriving Today
The shift is cancelled for today (Emergency/Leave). Do not visit.
Running Late
Manual + Time-Bound: Staff has set an estimated arrival time. Shows "arrives ~HH:MM" and automatically clears once that time passes — the schedule then takes over.
1 · Staff sets it
Clinic staff taps Running Late on a doctor and picks an estimated arrival time (e.g. 10 / 20 / 30 / 45 / 60 min).
2 · Patients see it live
The public card shows an orange "Running Late · arrives ~HH:MM" badge so patients know the doctor is on the way and can plan accordingly.
3 · Auto-clears at arrival time
Once the estimated time passes, the status reverts automaticallyto whatever the doctor's schedule says — no staff action needed.
When to use it vs. other statuses
- Running Late — Doctor is on the way, expected within the hour. You know the approximate arrival time.
- Arriving Soon— Doctor is almost here, no specific time needed. Use when they're minutes away.
- Not Visiting Today — Doctor will not come at all. Do not use Running Late for cancellations.
Technical note:"Running Late" is stored as a timestamp (running_late_until) and takes highest priority over all other statuses — even manual overrides — until it expires. After expiry, the doctor falls back to their schedule automatically.
Clinic Schedule > Doctor Schedule
The Clinic's operating hours are the Hard Limit. If the clinic is closed, all doctors are marked closed, regardless of their individual schedule.
- Example: If the Clinic closes at 6:00 PM, but Dr. Smith is scheduled until 8:00 PM, Dr. Smith will show as "Closed" starting at 6:00 PM.
- Why? If the main facility is locked, patients cannot physically visit the doctor.
We show doctors as "Expected" even if the clinic is currently closed, so patients can plan ahead.
For Clinics: If a doctor cannot make it, use the Status Override.
Select: "Not Visiting Today"
This instantly turns the doctor's card RED publicly and resets automatically at midnight.
