Welcome to DoctorStatus™. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Nature

DoctorStatus™ is a clinic-centric platform. We enable verified clinic operators to publish operational and directory-style information (such as availability or status shown on the site). The service is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare. DoctorStatus™ does not provide emergency services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or seek immediate in-person care.

Primary clinic operators (owners) register and control clinic administration. Subject to our product rules, an owner may invite managersto sign in and perform permitted actions on the clinic's behalf (such as updating operational status). Owners are responsible for whom they invite and for actions taken through those accounts.

2. Clinic onboarding verification

Clinics undergo a mandatory manual verification process by the DoctorStatus™ team before being listed. That process confirms eligibility to be on the platform; it does not guarantee the accuracy of day-to-day operational updates clinics publish afterward.

3. Status information and clinic-sourced data

Operational status and related information change over time. What you see on DoctorStatus™ reflects the information entered and updated by verified clinic accounts. DoctorStatus™ does not alter, override, or manually adjust clinic-marked status on your behalf; we display what authorized clinic users publish, subject to normal platform operation.

For 100% assurance before visiting or relying on a specific status, you should contact the clinic directly.

If information shown on the platform is wrong, outdated, or misleading, that typically originates from clinic-entered data or factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoctorStatus™ is not liable for reliance on incorrect, stale, or misleading status or listings.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to provide false or misleading information. Clinic owners and anyone they authorize (including managers) remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the data and updates associated with their clinic.

5. Managers and ownership transfer

Managers. Where the product allows it, clinic owners may add or remove managers so that other registered users can update operational information or use other features we designate for that role. Granting access is your decision. You must only invite people you trust. Actions performed while logged in under a manager account are treated as authorized by the clinic for platform purposes, and DoctorStatus™ is not responsible for disputes between owners, managers, or staff about who was allowed to change what.

Ownership transfer. The platform may allow the registered owner to initiate a transfer of clinic ownership to another user. This is a serious and typically permanent action. In-product warnings describe the risks; you must read them carefully. Before confirming, you are solely responsible for verifying the recipient's identity and intent. Once a transfer completes in our systems, DoctorStatus™ generally cannot undo it and does not adjudicate disagreements between the parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from a transfer you initiated, accepted in error, or that resulted from compromise of your account or poor judgment.

6. Right to Action

DoctorStatus™ reserves the right to suspend, hide, or delete any clinic profile that violates our trust guidelines, provides false location data, or engages in suspicious activity, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

"DoctorStatus" and the DoctorStatus logo are trademarks™ of DoctorStatus. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. DoctorStatus™ is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated status or listings supplied by clinics, from your reliance on operational information shown on the site, from third-party services, or from technical downtime, interruptions, or errors.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
