Welcome to DoctorStatus™. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Nature

DoctorStatus™ is a Clinic-Centric platform. We enable verified clinic owners to manage their real-time availability status. Doctors can only manage a clinic if they are the registered owner of that establishment.

2. Accuracy & Verification

• Verification: All clinics undergo a mandatory manual verification process by the DoctorStatus™ team to confirm physical availability.
• Live Status: While we strive for 100% real-time accuracy, users verify that network caching may cause a buffer of approximately 1-2 minutes in status updates.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to provide false or misleading information. Clinic owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data associated with their clinic.

4. Right to Action

DoctorStatus™ reserves the right to suspend, hide, or delete any clinic profile that violates our trust guidelines, provides false location data, or engages in suspicious activity, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

"DoctorStatus" and the DoctorStatus logo are trademarks™ of DoctorStatus. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". DoctorStatus™ is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to incorrect status updates entered by clinic owners or unforeseen technical downtime.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
