The clinic updates its own operational status. The Auto-schedule mode is used by DoctorStatus to auto-predict the clinic/doctor status based on the weekly schedule. DoctorStatus does not create/edit/modify the weekly schedule.

Clinic name, address, phone number, working days, timing and associated doctor's practicing are already publically available data and not considered as private data.
